Bathroom Summary:

Our Cherry Hill couple approached us at the 2013 Philadelphia Home Show looking for a Home Improvement Contractor that would be willing to gut their 1970’s bath and start fresh.  They were looking to eliminate the existing tub for a more suitable shower and remodel with premium finishes.  A quality job was top of mind and they were really looking for some design guidance in pulling all the finishes together.  We were able to recommend various combinations until we landed on the above flavor.  Our homeowners are thrilled with the end result and we are so excited to see this bathroom completed to perfection.

Project Highlights:

Window in shower

Large format Porcelain floor and wall tiles

Full overlay, premium vanity, solid maple, dark stain

Granite countertop with rectangular undermount sink

Custom built mirror frame to match vanity

Recessed medicine cabinet

American Standard Cadet 3 Toilet, comfort height (Best in class flush)

Semi frameless shower doors with frosted glass

Solid, metal Kohler shower base

Brushed Nikle Grohe plumbing fixtures

Recessed bath fan/light combo

Special Note:

Windows in showers must be installed and flashed properly to prevent water infiltration behind surfaces.  Next Level Remodeling has developed a standard for proper flashing and is excited to offer it as a new installation standard for our production team.  To learn more about our no leak shower standards or any other installation practices, call NRL at 856-322-0305 and request a free consultation with one of our Home Improvement Specialists.  Next Level Remodeling is committed to excellence in the industry of Residential Home Remodeling.
