GAF roofing price increase to hit South Jersey and other Home Improvement markets

GAF, Americans largest roofing manufacturer has just announced that effective February 15^th, 2013; they will be increasing pricing on their residential shingles line.  Being that the average roof in our area holds approximately 2,500sqft. of shingles, this translates to an approximate $375 – $550.00 increase in material costs.  If you are thinking of doing a roof and want to wait until the weather turns, it may be a good idea to have your contractor hold the material with their supplier @ the current price point.  Next Level Remodeling has made arrangements with one of South Jersey’s largest roofing distributers to hold GAF’s current pricing until mid March for all of those thinking about a roofing project.  Call today if you have any interest in saving yourself some money on your homes most protective asset.  856-322-0305
