Our homeowner Barbara came to us with a wonderful idea to add a few kitchen cabinets to expand on her existing space. The biggest challenge was sourcing a match for her 8 year old cabinetry. With many phone calls and failed attempts, we were finally able to get the manufacturer to agree to supply us with the doors which they discontinued a few years back. Special thanks to Tracey with Dubell lumber for he assistance in sourcing the correct material.
Additional project features include LED under cabinet lighting, granite countertops, new under mount sink, and gorgeous glass backsplash. These small changes made a lasting impact that Barbara will be proud to share with her friends and family.

Our homeowners finally got around to remodeling their powder room. With an already beautiful first floor, this was the last space to be touched. We recommended high end finishes to correspond with their gourmet kitchen and elegant family room just off the newly renovated space. The final product is simply gorgeous. Our homeowner loved the way their wood burning fireplace functioned, but hated the way it looked. With a few design meetings, we were able to put together a concept that left them with something to look forward to.
Upon completion, we knew right away that this is just what our first floor was lacking. By breaking up the existing brick wall and complementing the surrounding mill-work, our fireplace surround will remain a conversation piece for years to come.

At this home in Cherry Hill, NJ, Next Level Remodeling renovated this space to capture the clients’ ever deserving need to complete their first floor. If you look closely, you will see that in removing walls and reconfiguring the space, we were able to free up some much needed real estate for cabinetry and countertop use. We opted to use a commercial grade stainless steel undermount sink set in a granite countertop in lieu of the standard plastic washtub that you see repeatedly used in laundry settings. The icing on the cake was the ability to hide the furnace and hot water heater behind vented doors. When we were approached by Subhash and Martine to take on their family room renovation, we jumped at the opportunity to update their space. With the brick removed and the new fireplace installed, all we needed was a brand new beautiful mantle and surround to finish things off. Other notable details were the addition of some LED recessed lights and a clean wall mounted entertainment area with hidden wires and components.

Bi Level and Split Level homes which are often found in the Marlton and Mt. Laurel area can sometimes present exterior design challenges. On this home, we were able to show what the new elevation would look like before we began construction. From that initial rendering, Next Level Remodeling was able to totally transform the appeal of this home and accomplished it with a few simple changes.
Cultured Stone Veneer was the key element to this makeover. Not only did we balance out the house, but we also added a great amount of texture and warmth to an otherwise bland foundation wall. Other key component s include: increasing the size of the front porch, enlarging the lower window, installing large profile composite exterior trim and providing new shutters.
